Keeping the Covid 19 social distancing requirements in mind, consultation from the comfort of your home is made available for hepatitis B & C patients. This facility is available for hepatitis patients from any part of India. Communication with the Doctor is a very very important element in Homoeopathic Treatment. So knowing English language is essential.

There are 2 kinds of paid services, you will get. First is just a professional opinion and doubts clearing session from Dr.John on your medical problem which is called Initial Advice. Second is a treatment through cyberspace where there is no chance for any opinion seeking, but directly going for treatment completely through digital or cyberspace. Procedure for each service is clearly given below. Remember, no service of specialists is free. For free service, always approach any Govt Institutions.

Cured Case Reports

Initial Advice

The Initial Advice is a paid service that provides an opportunity for you to understand the treatment options and clarify your questions. This session can help you arrive at a decision regarding your treatment. This costs Rs.200 for a 10 minutes session. If Dr.John is busy, you will get response only late. If you are in a hurry, you are free to meet others.

Step 1-Initiate Contact

Write a request to the doctor as a fresh WhatsApp chat (+91 7994558040) requesting for Initial advice. Always specify the area where advice is required.

Give the patient name, age and postal address along with the request.

Step 2 -Pay Fee

Pay the fee of Rs.200/-through one of the payment options mentioned below and send the transaction details through WhatsApp

Step 3-Send Test Reports

Send all recent lab reports in JPEG or PDF format through WhatsApp.

Step 4-Intimating the time of appointment

Doctor will fix a time and inform the patient, only on completion of the above three steps.

Step 5-The Session

Initial Advice session is through video call on any of the video platforms Or through WhatsApp.

Digital Treatment through Cyberspace

This consultation provides an opportunity for both, to consult and to receive treatment without having to visit the doctor in person. Please check with the doctor for the consultation fee & medicine costs through initial advice. Treatment procedure is entirely through Email.

Step 1-Initiate Contact

Initiate contact with the doctor through Email requesting for online treatment. You will get a detailed Email reply, stating the online treatment procedure fully. In the Email reply received, you will get ALL the details, not here. Procedure is given below, only the steps in brief.

Step 2-Pay Consultation Fee

Once you are convinced of the online treatment procedure received through Email reply, make an online payment of the fee mentioned, using one of the payment options mentioned below.

Step 3-Send Test Reports

Scan the latest Test Reports in pdf format only and send it by email to the doctor

Step 4-Fill-up Patient Form

Fill up the patient form in Microsoft Word format and return it by email. The document will be emailed to you.

Step 5-The Consultation

Have the consulting session through Video Call with the doctor where he discusses the treatment plan with you.

Step 6-Receive Medicines By Courier

Pay for your medicines online and receive it by courier.

Who Can Consult through Cyberspace ?

Hepatitis patients from any part of India can make use of this facility. Digital consultation is not available for other medical conditions.

The Patient Forms are currently available only in English. You will need access to a computer or a smart phone to fill up the patient form in Microsoft Word. Consultation is currently available only in English and Malayalam.
